Every patient receiving care at Saints Michael and Rafael Hospital has the right to:

Patients' Responsibilities

- Respect Hospital Staff and Other Patients — Treat all staff, patients, and visitors with courtesy and respect. Harassment or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Respect Hospital Property — Help maintain a safe and clean environment by respecting hospital facilities and equipment.
- Meet Financial Obligations — Honour your financial responsibilities by paying for services received or providing valid health insurance information.
- Observe Hospital Policies — Comply with hospital rules, visiting hours, infection prevention measures, and safety regulations.
- Keep Appointments — Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or notify the hospital in advance if you are unable to attend.
- Respect Confidentiality — Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other patients and avoid actions that may compromise their dignity.
